Ingredients:  
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 T butter
2 c flour
½ t salt
½ t cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and pepper.
Cut in butter and mix in cheese.
Add water to make stiff dough – not sticky.
Roll ¼ inch thick. Cut into bars or sticks.
Bake at 350 degreese for about 20 minutes.
