4 lb. Baby Back Ribs
½ T. Salt
½ T. Pepper
½ T. Cumin
½ T. Chili Powder
1 T. Paprika
1 T. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Mix salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, paprika and sugar. Place ribs on 11X14-inch shallow baking pan. Sprinkle each side with spices. Bake for 3 hours, turning every 30 minutes.

This is not an old recipe, but a current favorite. I've served these ribs with one or two kinds of BBQ sauce on the table. So far NO ONE has used the sauce.
