1-2 T water

3 Eggs
1 t. Almond Extract

Directions:

½ C. Butter
1-2 T water

Mix flour, butter and water as for pie crust. Press into a jelly roll pan or press into two 4-inch wide strips the length of a cookie sheet (to be baked on a cookie sheet)

1 C. Water
½ C. Butter
1 C. Flour
3 Eggs
1 t. Almond Extract

Heat water and butter to boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, beating until smooth. Add the 3 eggs, 1 at a time, and beat until smooth after each one. Ad almond extract. Spread over crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Icing:
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 ½ T Cream
1 T. Butter, softened
2 t. Almond Extract

Beat icing ingredients. Spread on top of cake. Sprinkle with sliced almonds or walnuts.
