3 T Red Wine Vinegar
1 T Water
1 Clove Minced Garlic
(can subst.1 t Garlic Powder)
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Ground Black Pepper
1 t Ground Celery Seed
1 T Parsley Flakes
1 T Honey
3/4 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, water, seasonings & honey, then whisk until well blended. Add Olive Oil and whisk again, or shake well in a closed cruet.
Use immediately to dress garden salad, or steamed veggies. Will keep in closed cruet up to a week.
