In a small sauce pan combine 1/2 c brown sugar, 1 Tbs. corn syrup and 1 Tbs water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat, blend in 1 c powdered sugar and 1 tbs water Beat until smooth, adding a few drops of water until the consistency of a glaze.
