4 egg yoke's
1c sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
1-1/2 c's water
Mix all these ingredients together.

Cook 5 minutes in the microwave. Beat with fork, add 1 Tbs. butter. Add 1/2 c lemon juice and 1 grated lemon rind. Put back in microwave until thick. Pour into baked pie crust. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Put on top of pie and brown.
