2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast (Mamo used the whole chicken)
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 small onion
2 c. potatoes, diced
and/or white beans
1 c. noodles or 1/4 c. rice
3 chicken bullion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken the day before. Keep in refrigerator. Next day cook celery, carrots, onion and potatoes in 3 quarts of water until tender. Add noodles or rice, chicken and bullion cubes. Salt and pepper to taste.
