¾ c. oil
¾ c. golden syrup or honey
¼ c. brown sugar
5 c. rolled oats
½ c. milk powder
¼ c. sesame seeds
1 c. grated coconut
¼ c. dates or apricots (optional)
½ c. chopped nuts (optional)
½ c. bran (optional)
½ c. wheat germ (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oats, milk powder, sesame seeds, coconut, dried fruit, nuts, bran and wheat germ. In separate sauce pan heat together oil, syrup, and sugar until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Add to mixture of dry ingredients and seeds. Bake in slow oven about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
