1 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cooked rice
1 can diced tomatoes (14oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and mushrooms with ground beef, until beef is browned and onions are translucent. Stir in diced tomatoes with their juice. Stir in cooked rice, and heat through.
