2 tins thick cream (170 gram tins)
¾ c. sugar
bananas, sliced lengthwise
Rich Tea biscuits

In a pie pan or Pyrex dish put Rich Tea biscuits to cover the bottom completely. Over this layer, put banana slices. Mix cream and sugar well. Spread ½ of mixture over bananas. Repeat layers. Crush a few cookies and sprinkle over top. Chill and serve.
