¾ c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. soda
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 c. guinea corn flour
1 c. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sour milk can be made by mixing 1 tsp. lemon or vinegar to milk. Mix ingredients together and pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
