Chinese Cabbage Salad Recipe

1 head cabbage
1 Napa cabbage
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crushed but no seasoning packet
2-3 green top onions
1/4-1/2 c. sesame seeds
slivered almonds
1/2 c. butter

3/4 c. oil
2 Tbls. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Brown the crushed Ramen noodles with sesame seeds and slivered almonds in butter for 15 minutes, or until browned. Remove from heat and set aside. ( This can be made well ahead of the salad or placed in a baggie for assembly away from home.) Chop cabbage, Napa and green onions, place in large bowl.
Mix dressing thoroughly. Right before serving, toss with noodle mixture.
