1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/3 c chopped onion
1/2 c cracker crumbs
1/2 c milk
parsley flakes
1 egg
1 Tbls corn starch
1 Tbls sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Gravy
3 beef bouillon cubes
3 c water
5 Tbls flour
1-3 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef and pork together. Mix all ingredients together.
In heavy, large skillet, brown in small balls. When all well browned, take out of pan and make gravy in the same pan.
Add all gravy ingredients and whisk constantly until thickened. Return meatballs to gravy. Simmer for 1/2-1 hour.
