1 1/2 c. water
1 c. old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and oatmeal and cook according to package directions. Let cool. Preheat oven to 350. Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, salt, and vanilla and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking pan. For topping, mix together 1/2 c. melted butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar. Pour over cake. Top with coconut. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
