3/4 cup dried bread crumbs
3 tbsp. grated parmesan
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. each pepper, dried oregano and basil
6 fresh or frozen catfish fillets (3-5oz. each)
1/2 cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley and seasonings. Dip catfish in butter, then in crumb mixture. Arrange in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
