3 egg whites at room temp
3 tsp cool water
½ tsp cream of tarter
¼ tsp salt
9 tb confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp lemon extract
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:

Take first four ingredients and beat at high speed
Until peaks form, add sugar slowly, beating well after each addition.
Add flavoring and beat again. Place on cool pie and bake in hot
Oven 450 until peaks are golden
