Veal and Noodles Recipe

Cut 1 lb veal shoulder into 1 inch cubes and sauté
In ¼ c oil until lightly browned
Combine 2 tbs flour
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
Sprinkle mixture over meat and stir well
1 cup water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cup peeled onions (sliced)
1 cup of ¼ inch sliced carrots
Cook for 25 minutes
Add 2 green peppers cut into ½ inch strips
Cook 10 min longer
Serve over medium sized cooked noodles
