Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

1 lb FROZEN boneless & skinless chicken breasts
1 package of Chicken Soup Mix
1-2 c of Catalina Dressing (I used an entire 12oz bottle)
1 c of preserves (apricot, peach, plum)

Preheat over to 350 degrees
Place frozen chicken breasts in 9 x 13 Pyrex pan
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken
Bake for 55-60 minutes in oven

I add several veggies:
Sliced peppers
Thin sliced Carrots
Water Chestnuts
Broccoli florets
Baby Gherkin Pickles

I also covered the pan with foil for the first 30 minutes, giving the veggies a chance to cook and soften a bit

Since these veggies increased the mass, I cooked it 15 minutes longer.

Nice over boiled rice.
