Ingredients:
Stuffed Cabbage - Audrie

1 medium head green cabbage
1 cup raisins
One jar chili sauce
One medium jar of grape jelly
2 lbs hamburg
1 egg
½ cup of Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:

Open chili sauce and jelly jars and dump into large casserole pan
Add about ½ the raisins

Make small meatballs by mixing the bread crumbs, raw egg, and hamburg
Do not cook

Put cabbage in microwave oven for 15 minutes and then let stand approx.
20 minutes as it will be very hot

When the cabbage is able to be handles without it being to hot, take one leaf
Off carefully not to break at a time, add raw meatball and a few raisins.
Fold sides and top into the thicker part of each leaf, you can use a wooden toothpick
If you’d like to hold together but I don’t find it necessary.
Repeat mixture until meatballs and cabbage are used up.
Place in casserole dish. If you have a small amount
of cabbage left, cut of stalk and put on top of all the rolled up cabbage.
Cover and cook in oven at 325 for about 1 hour.

Taste best next day

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is one of my favorites! Just make sure you let the cabbage cool after removing from microwave oven as it continues to cook in the interior and is tooo hot to touch
