Seafood in a pan - Audrie

Brown 2 tb minced garlic
With 3 tb virgin olive oil
Add pinch of salt and pepper
Add ½ of a container of clam juice
Add a pinch of crushed red peppers
Add 4 oz of any spaghetti sauce you like (not meat sauce)
Add about 24 mussels (rinse them off well first)
Cover for about 3 minutes and cook over high on cook top
Uncover and check that they are open, that means they are cooked
Add ½ cup of any white wine
Add hand full of fresh cut up basil and parsley
Mix well and serve on top of any type of pasta that you
Cook with small amount of olive oil and basil and parsley on it.

This is my favorite Saint Maarten dish on Orient Beach by my friend and chef at Bay Watch. You can make with mussels or shrimp or scallops, lobster, fish, pretty much any fish you like.
