Pasta Salad Recipe

3 Color Rotini Pasta
Red onion
Red pepper
Cucumber/peeled and deseeded
Black olives
Snow peas
Use any amounts of the vegetables or other vegetables you like.

Dressings: Francia usually doubles this part of recipe
¼ cup olive oil
4 to 5 tb red wine vinegar
2 tb honey (optional) use if would like a sweet/sour taste
2 tb sesame seeds
½ tsp grated ginger


Cook pasta and let cool. Add veggies and toss with dressing. Add parmesan cheese if you’d like.
