16 oz shredded cheddar cheese (I usually use 8-12)
4 cups chopped spinach
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
3 eggs (can use egg substitute)
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:

mix together milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and baking powder gradually to avoid lumps.
Add spinach and cheese. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees 35 minutes or until brown around the edges. Knife does not come out clean when done.
