1 loaf of white bread
whipped or soft cream cheese
butter or margarine melted
sugar and cinnamon mixture

Directions:
Directions:

Cut the crusts off the slices of bread and roll the pieces flat on a surface that it will not stick to . Spread with cream cheese and roll like a jelly roll. After making all the rolls, dip them one at a time into melted butter and roll into sugar mix. I usually freeze them flat on a cookie sheet and put them in a plastic bag after they are frozen.
When ready to cook slice into bite size pieces and bake @ 350 until crusty.
