200 grs. de champignones frescos
jugo de 4 limones
1 cucharadita de ajo molido
1 cucharada de culantro picadito
ají limo (es rojo y chiquito) o rocoto picadito
sal, pimienta y ají no moto al gusto
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva

Directions:
Directions:
Laminar los champignones y luego cortarlos en larguitos. Mezclar todos los ingredientes. Reposar 1 minuto y servirlo en cucharas blancas chinas de las que usan en los restaurantes chinos.
