Sugar Cookie Crust:

1 c. butter softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
2 ½ c. flour
2 ½ tsp. baking soda
2 ½ tsp. cream of tartar
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract

FILLING:

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruits of choice: (peaches, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, grapes, apples, mandarin oranges or any berry)


ORANGE SAUCE:

½ c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel and lemon peel
4 tsp. cornstarch

Crust:
Preheat oven to 325º. Cream butter, and sugars until light a fluffy in a large bowl. Add egg, vanilla and extracts. Beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Divide dough in half. With lightly floured hand pat dough onto two lightly greased pizza pans.
Bake for 12-15 minutes: cool.

Filling:
Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Decorate with slices of fruit, completely covering the crust.

Combine orange sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook until mixture is thick. Stir in the orange and lemon peel; cool.
Glaze fruit pizzas with sauce.
