1 orange
1/3 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. 1/3-in. cubed avocado
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. minced red jalapeño
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
2 6-oz. mahi-mahi fillets
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Using sharp knife, cut orange into small pieces and quickly chop in electric chopper or working over small bowl, cut between membranes to release segments.
Add onion, jalapeño, avocado, and lime juice to oranges in bowl; gently blend.
Season with salt to taste.
In a heavy medium skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
Season fish with salt and pepper on both sides. Sauté fish until brown and cooked through.
Spoon salsa over fish and serve.
