Cook 10 lb Brisket in 200 degree oven 8-10 hours

1 cup catsup
1 chopped onion
1 T Greek seasoning
1 chopped green pepper
1 T yellow mustard
1 T vinegar
1 T sugar
1 T molasses

Sauce; mix and cook until veg. mush and sauce darkens.

If you want to cook Brisket "wet" make double sauce recipe; coat Brisket in last 60 minutes of cooking time with 1/2 sauce, serve other 1/2 on the table as a side.
