1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/2 cups applesauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Cream the butter and sugar with beaters. Add the egg and vanilla and blend well. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again by hand. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
