1 box swiss chocolate or devil's food cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1-1/4 cup milk

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 plain hershey bars (shaved or chopped)
1 (12 oz) container whipped topping

Sift cake mix and pudding together. In another bowl, beat eggs, oil & milk. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour into 3 greased 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Icing Directions: Beat together cream cheese & sugar until creamy. Add chocolate bar pieces into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Ice layers and top of cake.
