4 eggs
1/2 stick margarine or butter (can use less)
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup sugar (can use less)
1 cup coconut
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together in blender. Bake in greased glass pan at 350º for 50 minutes.
