1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 packages taco seasoning
1 8-oz. cream cheese
grated cheddar cheese
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
16 oz. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef & onion. Add one package taco seasoning. Drain & mix well.

Mix together sour cream, cream cheese & other package of taco seasoning -- put aside.

Mix together cheddar cheese, tomato & green pepper - put aside.

In a pie dish, layer ground beef mixture, then sour cream mixture and top with cheese & veggie mixture.

Serve cold. This is so good eaten with tortilla chips.
