12 oz. chocolate chips
1 - 12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 - 18 oz. creamy peanut butter
1 - 12 oz. Spanish peanuts
1 small pkg. regular vanilla pudding
2/3 cup milk
3/4 cup butter
2 pounds powdered sugar

Melt all chips and peanut butter over low heat. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a greased jelly roll pan, and chill. Mix peanuts in other half and set aside. Bring vanilla pudding, milk and butter to a boil. Boil for 1 minutes. Add powdered sugar. Spread this over chocolate base. Spread rest of chocolate peanut mixture on top. Chill and cut into 1 inch squares.
