6 to 8 medium potatoes cooked & mashed
1 cup sour cream
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp. chives or green onion tops chopped
1/4 cup margarine
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Spread in 2 quart
casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake uncovered at
400º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake 5
more minutes.
