8 oz. uncooked ziti or small tube pasta
8 oz. turkey Italian sausage links, casings removed
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
14-1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fat-free half-and-half
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, crumble sausage into nonstick skillet. Add garlic and onion; cook over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Drain. Add tomatoes and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

Stir in half-and-half and heat through (do not boil). Drain pasta; add sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
