4 cups granny smith apples - peeled and cut up
1/4 cup sugar
8 oz. cool whip
1 T. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 T. cider vinegar
1 cup crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
1 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, egg, vinegar and pineapple juice in sauce pan. Cook until thick, cool thoroughly. Add apples and pineapple, fold in cool whip and 3/4 cup nuts. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
