1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

2 cans tomato sauce (6 or 8 oz)
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beef, crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper & 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into loafs and put into shallow pan.

Combine rest of sauce and all other ingredients and pour loafs.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour, 15 minutes

Baste occasionally
