1 lb ground beef
16 oz ziti pasta
16 oz ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
16 oz mozzarella cheese, grated (reserve 1 cup)
40 oz spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses, garlic salt and eggs. Brown beef, then drain fat. Cook the pasta; drain. Mix spaghetti sauce with meat and add about 1/3 of this mixture to cooked pasta. Layer some sauce mixture on bottom of 9x13 greased pan, then 1/2 the ziti pasta; then all of the cheese mixture. Add more sauce, rest of the ziti pasta and rest of the sauce. Finally sprinkle the 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
