3 cups sliced carrots, cooked and drained
2 cups frozen peas thawed and drained
1 14 ounce can cut green beans, drained
2 10 ounce can of button mushrooms, drained
1 10 ounce can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp sherry
1 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and toss to coat.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
