1 pkg lemon jello
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup boiling water
juice and rind of 2 lemons
1 can PET milk, icy cold
crushed vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix boiling water, jello, sugar and lemons together. When it starts congealing, whip the PET milk up and fold into mixture. Place crushed wafers on bottom of container, put mixture in, and cover with more crushed wafers. Put in freezer.

Now I use 2 packages of lemon jello as it will make it set up better.
