6 or 8 apples (Granny Smith)
1 Cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup grtanulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sweet or sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix brown and white sugar, cinnamon and flour.
2. Put half in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
3. Add quartered apples, arranging symetrically.
4. Mix cream with remainder of flour and sugar and pour over top.
5. Bake @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake 45 minutes longer or until apples are tender.
