1 bottle ketchup
2 cans white chicken or 4 chicken breast cooked
1 pound ground beef
1 small butt roast
2 cans creamed corn or frozen
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 large onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Cook butt roast and chicken breast in crockpot. When done take out and shred. Brown ground beef, onions, garlic and drain. Put everything back in crockpot and cook on low heat till done.
