Brie (skin off or no due to preference)
Chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 tsp/ or best judgement apricot preserves

Place filo dough into mini/or reg. muffin cups. Place slice of brie onto center (skin off or on), layer nuts of your choice) bake according to filo can directions, or until brown, remove and add scoop of apricot preserves after baked.
