Vegetable Casserole Recipe

1 can sliced thin, water chestnuts - drained
2 cans veg-all vegetables, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 stack of crackers
1 stick margarine

Mix 1st 5 ingredients together and put in a sprayed 9x13 pan.

Bake 30 minutes @ 350.

Remove. Crush crackers and pat on top of casserole. Melt margarine and drizzle over top.

Put back in oven until it starts turning brown.

Put grated cheese on top.
