1 cup meal
2 cups boiling water
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Scald the meal in 2 cups boiling water. Work until smooth. Add milk. Beat whole eggs with the baking powder. Combine all ingredients.

Pour in greased baking dish or pan. Brush the top with 2 tbsp. margarine.

Bake 25 minutes @ 425º
