1 c. Grated Zucchini
1 Egg
2 T. Cracker Crumbs
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 T. Onion, chopped
3/4 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix zucchini, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, and salt. Then drop from tablespoon into oiled frying pan. Let brown, turn over. Sprinkle top of each cake with cheese while letting brown on bottom.
