3-4 lb roast
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1-2 cans water

potatoes as needed
carrots as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in fry pan and add to crock pot along with rest of ingredients for 6-7 hours. Last 3-4 hours, add peeled and chunky potatoes and carrots. Putting potatoes on the bottom. When ready to eat, pull out meat and vegees on to serving tray. Thick remaining juice with corn starch for gravy.
