2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
1 cup nuts, optional
2 cups fresh, frozen, or 2 pkg. frozen strawberries
Directions:
Directions:
Fold in strawberries after mixing other ingredients. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Makes 2 large loaf pans.
