20 oz. can unsweetened pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. cold water
1 cup mayonnaise or vanilla yogurt
8 cups chopped red apples
2 cups green grapes
1 T. poppy seeds
3/4 cup chopped pecans, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Put juice in saucepan with lemon juice, butter, and sugar, and boil. Combine cornstarch and water, adding it to the saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Cool before adding mayonnaise or yogurt. Combine fruit and poppy seeds and add pecans (toasted) before serving.
