First Layer:
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Pecans or Walnuts
1/2 c. Margarine
Second Layer:
1 c. Whipped Topping
1 c. Powdered Sugar
2 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
Third Layer
1 sm. box Instant Pudding
3 c. Milk
Fourth Layer:
2 c. Whipped Topping

Directions:
Mix flour, nuts, and margarine and pat into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake 350º for 30 minutes and cool. Mix whipped topping, powdered sugar, and cream cheese on low speed until fluffy. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk for 2 minutes then spread on top of second layer. Use any flavor pudding you want. On top of pudding mixture spread whipped topping. Refrigerate for four hours.
