2 sticks margarine
1 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites ( beat until stiff)
4 cups flour (sifted)
1 pkg Dr Oetker baking powder or 3 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts
1 raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine & sugar in large bowl. Add 4 egg yolks; mix well on medium speed for 10 minutes. Add 4 cups flour (sifted with 1 pkg. Dr Oetker baking powder or 3 tsp. baking powder) and 1 tsp vanilla. Add gradually to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Add nuts & raisins. Fold in egg whites.
Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour (Gugelhupf pan or Bundt Pan)
